When it comes to web content, we want your content to rank highly in Google so you receive qualified traffic month-over-month. Our entire content process revolves around making that happen.
We handle everything from content strategy to content creation to promotion and more! Our content retainers include everything involved in the content process so all you have to worry about is approving content and seeing the results you’re looking for.

Unlike most agencies, we don’t have full-time writers on staff. Instead, we have a network of contract writers in each industry so we can provide content from experienced writers in your specific field.
We manage the entire content process in Trello so that you’re never in the dark about the status of a particular content piece. Each board is broken down by step, so you can always check how things are coming along.

Our onboarding stage revolves around asking you questions to determine your needs, better understand your audience, and define what type of content to create.
In this step, we identify a list of opportunities that sit in the “Goldilocks Zone” (A keyword or search term that receives a significant enough amount of monthly search volume yet the competitiveness of that keyword is low). From there, we work together to decide the best keywords to target.
You will have full access to this board where we will add any articles that we are working on. As each article progresses, we move it to the corresponding lists and post updates within that article’s Trello card.
Any research needed to put together the article is handled by one of our industry-specific writers. From there, all content is written in Google Docs. This allows us to easily share the piece with you when complete and you can leave comments for any revisions you need. If you’re happy with the piece, we’ll move onto posting it. If you need any revisions, we’ll handle 100% of any edits you need until you are completely satisfied.
We handle the entire publishing process from formatting to coding and design.

We can get started as soon as you like to. From past experience, however, we find that once we have begun to work with a new client, the onboarding process takes about one to two weeks. From there, we move onto to keyword research and coming up with content ideas, which takes a few business days.
As far as producing each content piece, this generally takes about one week from start to the first draft. At which point you can review the piece and let us know if you need any edits. Revisions are typically completed in one to two business days.
Turnaround time for a typical article is about one week. From there revisions take about one to two business days, depending on how many edits you may need.
If you’re on a content retainer, all articles in your plan will be produced within that month. For example, if you’re on our Basic plan that includes two long-form blog posts per month, both posts will be produced in that same month.
Yes! Unlike most agencies that employ one or more full-time writers who have general knowledge of each industry and typically have to write for many different companies, we work with a network of freelance and contract writers with experience all different industries. This allows us to provide content from a writer with experience in your industry.
If you’re a marketing SaaS company, we’ll assign your content pieces to writers with experience in this industry. The same goes for ecommerce, healthcare, data regulation, cybercrime, etc. Whatever your industry is, we have a writer with industry experience who can produce in-depth content for your company.
We typically like to work with clients on a retainer basis. We have a few retainer plans already structured that you can choose from (pictured in the table above). However, if one of those plans do not work for you or they are outside of your budget, we would be happy to come up with a custom plan based on your needs.
Going with one of our retainer plans will give you the best value since we handle the entire content creation process. However, if you’re looking for standalone articles/blog posts, pricing starts at $0.30/word (pricing may be higher for highly-specialized industries like law, healthcare, data regulation, etc.)

We do not require you to sign a contract to work with us. Our retainers are billed monthly and you can cancel at any time. You can also order standalone content pieces any time you’d like.
However, we do offer discounted pricing for companies willing to sign a long-term contract.
